Discover Epsom

With more and more businesses looking for a fresh outlook on how to work and where, Epsom has got it covered.

The heritage town, conveniently situated on London’s doorstep and nestled near the Surrey Hills, is regularly voted into the Top 10 places to live in the UK.

With its unrivalled road, rail and air links, competitive rents and thriving business community, in today’s ever-evolving climate, Epsom is fast becoming the ideal destination for forward thinking businesses.

Stay Connected

Epsom is just off Junction 9 on the M25 with several bus routes to Greater London.

Epsom train station is serviced by two companies, South Western Railway and Southern Rail with trains going direct to London Waterloo, London Victoria and London Bridge. All London bound trains pass through Clapham Junction and furthermore, change at Sutton for routes directly to London Blackfriars, City Thameslink and London St. Pancras. Due to two companies in operation, there
are at least six trains an hour running from Epsom to a London Terminal.

Airport access is also easily accessible from Epsom with both London Gatwick (13miles) and London Heathrow close by along with London City and London Stanstead.

Forward Thinking

While Epsom has undoubtedly earned its place in the history books, looking back will only serve well if it’s of benefit to its future.

Moving the town forward and shaping it together with the community who live and work here are fundamental to its successful future. After months of extensive public consultation and research, the Future40 initiative revealed key areas that together create an exciting new vision for Epsom.

Why Epsom Works for Us

Epsom was top of our list to open our second office, with a strong sense of community and rich heritage that is absolutely its own. From the off, we have been welcomed, included and supported by Epsom and its business community. We love the green space on our doorstep and the mix of businesses, creative and commercial that we encounter. We feel at home in Epsom.

We moved to our current Epsom High Street location in 2016 and it has made such a difference to us.  Our previous location on East St was just a little too far out of town but now we are easily accessible for clients to visit us, and we can reach London and beyond easily when needed for meetings.  Epsom is the perfect blend of thriving businesses, offering a good range of shops and of course the all-important variety of places to get lunch!

Caroline Coskry, The Oracle Group

I set up my solicitors’ practice in Epsom in 1989 and I am glad I did so for a lot of reasons. Epsom is very well connected. I have to travel to courts all over the place and Epsom’s unequalled rail services to Waterloo, Victoria and London Bridge, as well as the rest of Surrey plus a great road network with the M25 just 5min away, make this aspect of my work very easy.
